Supersonic metal cleaner

 

Ultrasound metal cleaner is a special degreasing agent developed by BAW Company in accordance with the requirements of modern environmental protection. It has a rigorous formula and strong effect. It can decompose and disperse dirt, grease stain and high sticky grease, and has short-term rust-proof function.

 

Scope of application:

 

Degreasing and degreasing of steel, cast iron, titanium, magnesium, manganese and other metal standard parts, parts, plates, wires and profiles.

 

Method of use:

 

Proportion: Please dilute 1 part of the concentrated liquid with 10 parts of tap water (1:10) and put it into the washing tank of the ultrasonic cleaner.

 

Cleaning: The cleaning material is put into the washing tank and cleaned at room temperature. The cleaning time is controlled over 2 minutes.

 

(If the washing tank is heated to 60 C for cleaning, the effect is better.)

 

Rinse: Put the cleaned items into the rinse tank for more than 2 minutes and rinse in multiple tanks.
