Using advanced single-chip computer control technology and pure digital circuit design concept, a new precise control of the special generator for ultrasonic cleaning machine is introduced.

 

(1) The signal source adopts pure digital PWM waveform technology controlled by single chip computer, and the frequency is stable without drift;

 

(2) Provides ten functions of status display, frequency digital adjustment, timing, power adjustable, frequency sweep mode optional, current limiting protection, constant current setting, remote control, fault alarm, 485 communication port, etc.

 

(3) The digital supernatant power is continuously adjustable, the sweep mode can be selected, the operability is stronger and the efficiency is higher;

 

(4) It has perfect protection functions: overheating, overcurrent, overvoltage and short circuit protection, so that the work is more stable and reliable;

 

(5) Display "frequency", "current", "time", "power" and "working state";

 

(6) Provide PLC external control interface and fault alarm interface to facilitate the connection with other control equipment.
