Ultrasound Aluminum Cleaner TOSO-7-32
Ultrasound aluminium cleaning agent can effectively remove all kinds of oil stains, stains and polishing wax on various aluminium parts, aluminium casing, die-casting aluminium products, fan coil units, radiators and other products. This product has high cleaning rate, no residue, can be repeatedly used, and has low cost.
Scope of application:
All kinds of aluminium parts, aluminium chassis, die-cast aluminium products, fan coil units, radiators, aluminium pipe fittings, profiles, plates, wheel rings, etc.
Method of use:
Proportion: Please dilute 1 part of the concentrated liquid with 20 parts of tap water (1:20) and put it into the washing tank of the ultrasonic cleaner.
Heating: The water in the washing tank of the ultrasonic cleaner is heated to about 50 C (this product can also be cleaned at room temperature).
Cleaning: Put the cleaning materials into the washing tank for cleaning, and the cleaning time should be controlled within 2 minutes. If the oil pollution is very serious, the cleaning time can be prolonged appropriately, or the equipment manufacturer can increase the multi-tank cleaning design.
Rinse: The items that will be cleaned will be put into the rinse tank for about 2 minutes.
Drying: Air pump air gun drying, hot air drying or natural air drying.
