I. usage
It is suitable for oil and rust removal of various steel, copper, nickel and aluminium alloy parts. It is the most widely used surface treatment solution.

Four, usage
1. Pour the product into a plastic container (1:1-5) and soak the treated workpiece (room temperature) for 1-15 minutes. Workpieces with particularly severe oxidized black skin and oil rust can be appropriately prolonged or treated more times.
2. Operating procedures: Activation washing washing.
3. Extra large processed parts can be brushed or sprayed to achieve the same effect.
4. Testing: Take 1 ml of working liquid in 250 ml triangular bottle, add 50 ml distilled water, drop 2 drops of methyl orange indicator, titrate to orange yellow with 0.1N sodium hydroxide standard solution, the consumption of 0.1N sodium hydroxide milliliter is N1;
Then drop 10 to 15 drops of phenolphthalein indicator in the above triangular bottle, and continue to titrate with 0.1N sodium hydroxide standard solution until red is the end point. At this time, the total milliliter of 0.1N sodium hydroxide consumed is N2.
5. Optimum working conditions: N1:60-80, N2:70-95.
6. Adjustment: When N1 < 60 or N2 < 70, new fluid should be added, the general amount of additional fluid is 20-30% of the original working fluid volume; when N1 > 80, N2 > 95, water should be added to adjust.
Notes
1. This product is strictly forbidden to be heated.
2. When brushing or spraying treatment, there should be a recycling device to avoid waste and pollution of the environment.
3. The product can be recycled, generally without discharge. When the speed is slow, the supernatant can be extracted to clean up the bottom sediment. The supernatant can be continued to use after adding new liquid, and the same treatment effect can be obtained.
VI. Packaging and Storage
